TMK excludes foreign units in group structure from December

MOSCOW, Jan 11 (PRIME) -- Russia’s oil and gas pipe maker TMK has stopped to include its foreign affiliates in the group’s structure since December 12, as seen by PRIME in the company’s materials on Wednesday.

According to the list of TMK’s affiliates, Germany-based TMK Europe GmbH, TMK Italia s.r.l., the U.S.-based TMK Industrial Solutions LLC, and Romania-based TMK-Artrom SA were excluded.
